So I have to apologize to all of you because I have been missing for a minute. I have been under some stress and having some not positive thoughts. I chose to take a step backwards and regroup. So here is where I am now. I have really missed blogging. I enjoy it. I think it’s fun. I think it’s cathartic for me and I think that at some point, maybe someday I will share something that someone else will find useful.
Lately my stress and mild depression have also caused me to avoid the gym to not eat as good as I should and basically to just not be myself and not be very pleasant. I needed a release and so I chose to do some planting. You will see that I’m still learning and we have recently planted some fresh herbs to use in our cooking and I think that is going to help me with getting back on track. I am totally blessed to have some super supportive people on my side and without them I would be completely lost. I’m planning to get back to my regular blog schedule this week and I want to thank you for hanging in there with me. It will get better from here.
